Whenever the Mavs and Boys play at the same time, I bring in the t.v. from the bedroom and put it next to the t.v. in the living room. The wife hates it, but it's sports-watching bliss.
I wouldn't go though the hastle of moving TVs to catch two events at the same time. Especially as you'd probably want to concentrate on one of the two.
But it reminds me of around a month ago when I went out to my local pub to watch the Boyz and Green Bay. I sat in the middle of the bar with three flat screens in front of me and caught foozball on one TV, the Bruins and the Panthers in an exciting 4-3 win on another while getting to revel in watching the Celtics destroy the Knicks.
Nearly Nirvana for the coach potato sports fan. Only thing to make it better would have been to have the Pats and Boyz playing.

I was in the same situation asdf, minus the Bruins. Unfortunately the other TV in my house is a 60 inch flat screen, too big to go moving around. I'll just have to run clicker patrol.
If I had had NFL network, I likely would have stayed at home and watched, probably, only the football game. Although, I do like to do some channel to channel I think it takes away from being able to enjoy one of the events. But, I went out to watch the NFL and found myself in a perfect situation. Plus a variety of icy cold beers and apps. Nice.

The next round might not be much better.
(1) Without Gates, I don't see SD competing with the Colts.
(2) If the Jags can't run against NE (and I don't expect them to), that game should be one-sided.
(3) Despite the media lap-dance that the Giants are about to get, they don't match up well with Dallas, especially without Shockey.
(4) Seattle at GB should be the most competitve of the four. With a healthy Alexander, Seattle has a good offense, and their secondary is good enough to match up with Green Bay's receivers.
Seattle looked ok.
Pittsburgh just played stupid football making a flawed Jags team look good.
Tampa in particular was fraudulent (liked that media lap dance reference).

I love Vince Young. To us Horns fans, he's a god. I honestly think he may be the greatest college player ever (his last minute win over USC was the greatest football moment in my life). But I don't yet know what to make of him as a pro. He had a great rookie season, but his sophomore slump has been epic. In his defense, you can point to his injured quad (if he can't run, he's not good) and the total lack of a supporting cast. I would like to see what he could do with a decent O-line, receivers and backs. So I think the jury is still out.
He is one of my favorite players as well. But, injured quad or no, a truly great player would have risen above injury and questionable supporting staff (again remember that all of these guys, by degree, are the best) to put up more offense and look more impressive against a discombobulated opponent. Don't think he's there yet and not sure if he ever will be. Not going to give up yet though.

Anyways in the Jags game with about 6 minutes left in the 4th they were done by 1 and they abandoned the run. Their offense utterly collapsed. That is basically what is going to happen in the pats game. New England's offense will exploit their crappy secondary and get up on them early through the air. Jax will have to pass to play catch up. The result will be and easy win for New England.
