The link is a very brief video that summerizes some of the presidential directives, executive orders, and congressionaly approved bills that where signed into law. This isn't conspiracy nonsense. These are simply facts.

Very dramatic video that only proves that our government, in times of emergency, will suspend certain privileges provided by our Constitution. And although flawed, who other than our government would you have handle national emergencies that might require hard and fast decisions to be made under those (temporarily) suspended privileges? You? A committee of concerned citizens? Bert??

I would be pretty sure and reasonably confident that under other governments of the World that you might defend, many of the rights you allude to don't even exist in the first place. Especially under any regime that would have OBL as a member.

I was pretty pi$$ed at him last night. I was having phone $ex with my girlfriend when, all of a sudden, a middle aged guy with a Texas accent broke in and said he was going to go nukeyoulur on me if I didn’t stop. I knew it was him.

I watched the video. Apparently, John F. Kennedy stole my rights (signing 80% of the featured orders) before I was born!!

In effect, I was born without rights, with a Bill of Rights tenuously hanging by a thread, waiting to be ripped away.

contains some curious wording: "WHEREAS the Congress has directed the development of such national security emergency preparedness plans and has provided funds for the accomplishment thereof;" (italics mine) despite that the video tries to make the case the EOs are an end-run around Constitutional checks and balances. This EO lays out a method to do what the Congress has tasked the executive to do. It's an order to carry out an execution of government in times of disaster. The Constitution, from 1789, allows for the suspension of Habeus Corpus in times of rebellion or insurrection. But, I hear that we still have the right to this day--well at least until Kennedy came in, it appears.

In addition, the video also complains about Executive Orders being un-Constitutional, but then slides in Acts of Congress. By using all sorts of measures, to intensify its points, it basically blunts its point among less gullible viewers.
