Should you or the government decide the temperature in your own home? Should you or the government decide whether you will be an organ donor or not? Liberals in California and the UK want to give government the power--what else is new?--to raise the thermostat and take your kidneys, liver, eyeballs, etc.

Combine the proposal in the UK with the increasing role doctors have in deciding when to remove patients from life support and it soon becomes "let's pull the plug on Patient A and give his liver to Patient B".

Is it any wonder that since abortion has become legal and common place that anything to do with human life now is just commerce?

Hmmm. Live organ donors. Can think of a number of people who should be candidates. In fact, many people I meet turn out just to be life support systems for donorable organs.
