Left-wing radio host Randi Rhodes says that prisoner of war John McCain was "well treated" in Vietnam. This from a woman who provoked a defamation suit for accusing American contractors of the rape and murder of Iraqi civilians. Guards beating the bag out of you. Disentery. Two years of solitary confinement. Torture. With hospitality like that is there any wonder why they called it the Hanoi Hilton?

I've actually tried to listen to her show on
Scare America but it is so negative it's depressing. I'm betting the suicide rate is high among her listeners. She's for freedom of speech- unless you disagree with her point of view.
She accuses Fox News of being biased towards the right but she only talks with people who agree with her: angry Bush haters, radical feminists and
the full gamut of anti-American conspiracy theorists. She's basically Keith Olbermann in a dress.
It’s one thing to attack the opposition’s politics and policies. But how much do you have to hate your own country to make outrageous statements publicly about an American hero? Liberalism is in fact a mental disorder. The bigger question would be, why in the name of all things holy would anybody give her a forum?
