
When the former police chief for your entire nation gets arrested on charges of smuggling cocaine, it's generally considered a sign that your country is really, really corrupt.

This is completely outragous, in this day and age, that such a prominent official in the great Country of Hati could be arrested for trafficking in cocaine. Everyone in Hati knows that heroin is far more profitable.
For a country that's biggest exports are coffee, mangoes, sugarcane, rice, corn and wood it's nice to see them thinking outside the box.
