Sounds like sour grapes but truly is a reality check on how seriously pro sports should be taken. Pats / Colts game was a considerable bag job.

Think what you want, but big money $$$ now rules sports, especially pro football, and the league and the advertisers did not want to see another Patriots Super Bowl. Manning is the advertisers' and the league's darling and they wanted nothing more than to have him in the big game.

It was obvious that the Pats layed down (21-6 going into the second half!!??) and took their medicine because somebody got a paycheck.

This is the way it is now and why nobody should be too excited about pro teams winning or losing.
