DocMcG enters the winner's circle for the first time this season. The McG Man rode seven road favorites--the Steelers, Bengals, Panthers, Falcons, Giants, Seahawks, and Colts--to victory to complete the week with a 10-3-1 record. Home teams amassed a woeful 4-9-1 record, while favorites dominated 9-4-1 against the spread. The Bears-Saints pushed. Winner: do your best T.O. endzone imitation. Losers: abase yourselves before your new champion.
Let me be first to say, Congrats to Doc! You da man! How's that?
The first time this season I go against the colts and they kill the opposition. At least I picked 'em for the sb.Well done Doc.
My being too busy helped a lot. I've been overthinking these picks until this week. It might have taken a while but cream does rise to the top. Oh, so does a lot of other things.
That's when it works the best Doc.
Like chicks who pick teams based on team logo or how cute the QB is or if he has a nice butt. And consistently win!!
Unless you're a Vegas guy and get paid to prognosticate, if you think too much, you end up defeating yourself. Usually.
Congrats anyway.
Actually, there is method to that madness. If a quarterback is being swooned over by women all over the world, then he is more likely to win. The simple fact is that confidence in sports is critical to sucess, and without it, failure is virtually guaranteed. I would consider having women across the globe fixated on your ass a confidence booster, I guess. Plus, I don't believe that they pick based on the Team Logo, but are, rather, instinctively drawn to strength and the stronger team will likely win.
Watch what the chicks do, and you'll go far.
Based on that logic (or lack thereof), how could women not pick the Patriots each week.
Tommy Terrific is a stud and like Austin Powers: women want to be with him and men want to be like him.
Does that sound gay?
Yes, it sounds gay you cheating buttnut.
Well, I certainly don't go that way!
So, I guess that means I should stop making my football picks based on who has the tightest uniforms?
