Anybody hearing anything about the Dems wanting a Constitutional Convention? There's a rumor floating around (and with these guys where there's smoke, there's fire) that they're looking for a way to change the First and Second Amendments and want to circumvent the actual Amendment process. To do this, they will need a 2/3 states majority to change the Constitution the only other way it can legally be done: at a Convention.
