On Saturday, I will be guest hosting for the talented Michelle McPhee from 9-11 a.m. on WTKK in Boston. Jumping from guest to guest host is a really exciting opportunity for me. Be sure to tune in to 96.9 on the FM band if you live in the Boston area. For those outside of the Boston area, there is a "listen live" button on WTKK's site. If you can't wait so long to get your fix of me on the airwaves, Howie Carr's interview of me from Wednesday appears here.
She's frickin' annoying. Another voice will be refreshing.
I found her quite pleasant in person and I like the fact that someone so knowledgable about the city of Boston--she covered the crime beat for years for the Herald--is on the air in Boston.
She's very bright and glib. Certainly is a power pack of knowledge on a wide range of topics.
It's just her whiny, sort of, "know it all" presentation the bothers me.
Truth be told, I put her on frequently and if she's talking about a topic that I'm particularly interested in, I like to get her take on it. That's not that often though.
By the way, I'm into ACHOTAL and so far so good. Amazing how the old ideas are, today, the shiny new and improved ideas.
Congrats on the gig, but with your hectic schedule, I hope you don't neglect the AYRFSF.
No lie Dan, good job this morning. You might be adding that to your resume soon.
Thanks, ASDF. I had a blast.
