The Partisan Post-Partisan President

What happened to the post-partisan Obama? His stimulus package, the one that doles out $2 billion to research car batteries and $20 billion for food stamps, received the votes of zero Republicans in the House of Representatives. In His rhetoric He reaches across the aisle. In reality He does so only to dish out a slap across the face.

Geez, Dan. Don't you get it? The Republicans are the partisans. They're the ones that chose not to support our president.

Anyone not expecting a politician to show up in the White House is dangerously naive, to be charitable. I find the view of Obama as special on a par with that of those who expected life to change after the harmonic convergence, for government to just slip away as socialism transmutes into communism, and who sit waiting for the Great Pumpkin to come on Halloween.

This guy is political and social poison. Most of us knew it and now some are waking up to it.

If *one* republican senator votes for this "stimulus" nonsense, the MSM will hail it as a bi-partisan bill.

You've got to love the Democrats. For a group of people who have no problem taxing the $hite out of us and are more than willing to spend money as long as it belongs to somebody else, they certainly don't like paying their taxes.

Geithner and now Daschle, set up for appointment by the corrupt used car salesman and both tax scofflaws. Beeuateeful!

I wonder what if Joe Biden thinks he's unpatriotic?

And Daschle being a lobbyist for NPR and all. More 'Change' we can believe in.

What bunch of crooked hypocrites!
