Wake Me In November

Wake me up in November when this--yawn--alleged presidential campaign is over. Investigative journalism has become a story on a candidate's exercise schedule. After an exciting primary season that awarded political junkies a potent fix, the general election has proven a tough hangover to shake. The one-party media has been hypnotized by Barack Obama, who, to judge by the coverage, is the only candidate running. John McCain, never wanting to offend the journalists who created his "maverick" image, cooperates to the hilt. Rather than go on the attack--against either George W. Bush or Barack Obama--he prefers to go down as a gentleman--and go down in November because of it.

Dangerous times ahead....

You know, it's difficult to ever criticize a black person in this hysterical PC environment. As the WWotW used to say, "These things have to be done delicately..." Now that we will likely have a black president (actually the 2nd black president, but still), will criticizing the administration be considered racism?

Even as weak as McCain appears to be, with the exception of the Obama zombies, the Messiah is losing ground and has recently seemed to be vulnerable.

The more this guy is forced away from the teleprompter and the American people learn about him, the more he'll lose ground.

Homer: you're right about the hyper PC environment that allows no criticism of this empty suit because of his color. But, I think that will change as we get closer to E-day. I think people are getting sick and tired of race constantly coming up and being used as a political club.

The question is: is this guy a good and qualified candidate? And the answer to most thinking people is ‘NO!’. Like my kid said to me the other day, “Dad you wouldn’t vote for the negro”. I told him that wasn’t true and that I would vote for the Negro if he was the right Negro.

Obama is not he.

Does it strike anybody as odd that Obama is going to Germany to have a voter rally as a candidate for the Presidency of the United States? What am I missing? Has the Supreme Court come down on changing voter rules to include citizens of other countries? W-T-F.
