Nearly a half century after the rascal king's death, his election tactics have made their way to Iran. The Iraqi border patrol seized thousands of phony ballots on Tuesday that entered the country by way of Iran just two days prior to national elections. Might it be wise to hire these Iraqi gentlemen every November to keep watch in Chicago, New Orleans, and Detroit?
US, Europe step up planning on Iran
Faced with an increasingly hard line from Iran, the United States and Europe have stepped up planning for tougher diplomatic action should Tehran follow through on threats to resume critical nuclear activities, according to U.S. officials and European diplomats.
